Vice Dean of the School of Information Management

Ph.D. in Management, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Institute of Government Data Resources, Chair of the Department of Archives and E-Government, Chief Expert of the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China. Visiting Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology (GIT), USA. Recipient of honors including the New Century Excellent Talents by the Ministry of Education and the Six Major Talent Peaks Program of Jiangsu Province. He serves as an editorial board member of multiple international and domestic academic journals and a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member of international conferences. He also holds concurrent positions as Consultant of Jiangsu Big Data Management Center (formerly Information Center), Expert of Jiangsu E-Government Working Group, and Vice Chairman of Nanjing Information Security and Patient Privacy Protection Professional Committee.
His research interests cover digital government, healthcare big data, electric power big data, data intelligence, data governance and other related fields. He has presided over 15 research projects including Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Projects of the Ministry of Education, and Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund Projects.

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics and Finance. His main research fields include digital economy, platform economy, systems engineering, complex systems and complex networks. He has presided over more than 10 research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education, and has independently published one academic monograph.
